About Us
We are the Northern Indiana Historical Power Association. We meet monthly at Sunset Hill County Park in Valparaiso, Indiana. Our club promotes the preservation and displays usage of antique farm equipment, including (but not limited to) tractors, steam traction engines, and gas powered stationary engines (over 35 years old).
Our main event is the Annual Fall Harvest Festival and Antique Equipment Show, scheduled for this coming September 24, 25 and 26, 2010. This year our show will feature Tracked tractors & vehicles. We also look forward to the return of the Highland Model A Club, The American Truck Historical Society, and Winamac Old Auto Club. We host a flea market and craft fair during the show. Please contact Nancy Howton at 219-464-7777 if you are interested in exhibiting equipment, or being a vendor in the flea market or craft area. Camping is available on the show grounds.
